Com.K.G.Jayaraj,after a very hectic and effective stay in CHQ had
left New Delhi on 5th July and reached Alappuzha via Mumbai
on 10th July,2013.During this period,General Secretary along with
Com.V.A.N.Namboodiri,Convenor,Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations
and Advisor,AIBDPA had met a number of top officers of both
DOT and BSNL,including Secretary,DOT and CMD,BSNL and discussd
important issues of the BSNL/DOT penssioners.
However,the oder on. 78.2% IDA fixation for the pensioners is
yet to be issued and CHQ is flooded with quries from the anxious
pensioners through out the country. And the situation warrants
futhur pursual of the issue with the concerned authorities.
Furthur,the National. Executive Committee Meeting of NCCPA is
slated to be held in NEW. DELHI on 20th July and so also BCPC
Executive on 22nd July,2013.
In these circumstances,Com.K.G.Jayaraj,General Secretary is again
going to New Delhi on 18th July.

UNION has been successfully held from 7th to 9th July,2013 at
Kolkata.The CEC was inaugurted by Com.A.K.Padmanabhan,President,
CITU. Com.V.A.N.Namboodiri,President presided.Com.Pijush
Chakraborty,Chairman,Reception Committee and Asst.Circle Secretary,
AIBDPA,West Bengal Circle welcomed the gathering.Com.P.Abhimanyu,
General Secretary presented the report which was adopted after
discussion.
The open session was held on 9th evening participated by more than

DPE has issued order for IDA revision. Accordingly DA increase will be 4.0% with effect from 01.07.2013. The new rate of DA will be 78.9%.
