HOME MINISTRY’S OPPOSITION ON FDI CAP HIKE ,BUT WHO CARES.

It is eported n the press that home ministry has opposed the commerce
minisrty’s proposal to hike the cap. on foiegn direct investment
in print and broadcasting media int the country.
Home ministry has expressed strong opposition against allowing increase
in the FDI from 26% to 49%,as it would cause serious consequences even
endanger the the internal security of the country.
The report. in the press furthur says that a high level meeting chaired by
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Jully 16,did not clear the proposal for
increasing FDI in broadcasting and print media through the automatic
route.
This is nothing but a drama. It is very much in our memory,Shri.A.K.Antony
had opposed hike in. FDI cap.in defence using sharp language but surrendered
meekly later on intervention by the higherups,as the ruling class is bent upon
to mortgage the country to their foriegn masters.
