Kanpur District Conference has been held at BSNL Office premises, Kanpur on 27-08-2025. Com.K R Yadav , Circle Secretary inaugurated and explained the issues in detail. A new set of office bearers were elected with Com. S B Srivastava (President) Com. Ravindra Nath (District Secretary) Com. Jiya Lal Yadav (Treasurer).

Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations , Tamil Nadu held the State level convention at Chennai on 26-08-2025, participated by about 1500 pensioners of various pensioners organisations.

Com.K Ragavendran, National Convenor of the Forum inaugurated the convention. Com.P.Mohan, State Chairman presided. Com.CK Narasimhan, Convenor welcomed. Leaders of various organisations addressed the convention, including Com.S.Mohandoss, CHQ Vice President and K Govindaraj, AGS (AIBDPA), Com.D Balasubramanian (AIFPA) Com.D Gopalakrishnan (AIBSNLPWA) Com.R Elangovan (DRPU).

The Memorandum of “Forum of Civil Pensioners’ Associations Kerala ” was handed over to Dr.Devendra Kumar Dhodawat, IAS, the Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor of Kerala, as the Governor was not available.

.A mammoth march to Raj Bhawan, Thiruvananthapuram was held by the Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations, Kerala as part of the country wide program demanding repeal of the draconian Validation of Pension Rules. Thousands of pensioners representing various Pensioners Associations enthusiastically participated braving their old age and ailments reflecting their anger and aungish.

When the police prevented the March near the Raj Bhawan, a meeting was held under the presidentship of Com. V A N Namboodiri, Patron, NCCPA. Com. T. N. Venkiteswaran, Convenor welcomed all. Dr. V. Sivadasan, MP inaugurated with a spirited speech and severely criticized the anti-people policies of Modi government and assured all the cooperation to get the Validation of Pension Rules scrapped.

Com.S Sudhakar Reddy(83) , veteran Communist Party of India leader has passed away at Hyderabad on 22-08-2025. He was the General Secretary of CPI for three terms (2012-2019) and two time Member of Parliament, elected from Nalgonda in Andhra Pradesh. Com.Sudhakar Reddy started his political life at the age of 15 by leading a students agitation at Kurnool and was an ardent fighter for the workers, farmers and the marginalized people throughout his life. AIBDPA pays respectful homages to the departed leader and conveys heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and comrades.

The sixth biennial Circle Conference of Chhattisgarh was held at Raipur on 20-08-2025. Com.P C Tiwari, Circle President presided over the conference. Com. Onkarnath effectively controlled and conducted the proceedings. At the outset, the conference remembered the great services of Com.S C Bhattacharjee , AGS and Circle Patron and observed two minutes silence in respect of the departed leader. Com.R P Atmapoojya, Circle Secretary welcomed one and all.

Inaugurating the conference , Com.K G Jayaraj, General Secretary gave a good account of developments in the recent past in respect of important issues. He appealed to make the agitational programmes initiated by Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations against the new attack of Modi government in the name of Validation of Pension Rules, a grand success. He emphasized the importance of Meet the Pensioner program and should implement it to strengthen the organisation. General Secretary also covered the issues of Pension Revision, BSNL MRS, CGHS, Commutation, Wage revision and the ensuing All India Conference at Coimbatore on 17th & 18th December, 20225.

Coms. V S Baghel, President, STUC, Surendra Sharma, General Secretary, RDIEU, R S Bhatt, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU and Shri. L S Nayak, GM (Admin & HR), CGMT office , BSNL also addressed the conference.

Com.R P Atmapoojya presented the report and accounts and were adopted after discussion. Office bearers were elected unanimously and new comrades are elected to the important posts, viz, Com. P K Agarwal (President) Com. J N Nashker (Circle Secretary) and Com. A K Dewangan (Treasurer).

The Circle Executive Committee meeting of Karnataka has been held successfully at Tumkur on 20-08-2025. Com.L D Durgad, Circle President controlled the proceedings. Com.Muddaiah, Circle Secretary initiated the deliberations by presenting the report on the intervening period. Coms. H C Prakash, AGS, Earanna, CHQ Organising Secretary also addressed the CEC. District Secretaries and some of the Circle office bearers actively participated in the discussion. Com.Vazeerjan was nominated as Circle Organising Secretary. The points raised in the discussion were adequately replied by the Circle Secretary. With vote of thanks by Com. Annigeri, Circle Treasurer, the CEC was concluded.

Com.K R Yadav, Circle Secretary inaugurated Jaunpur District Conference held at Main Telephone Exchange, Jaunpur on 20-08-2025. Office bearers were elected unanimously with Com. R R Chaudhary (President) Com. S S Yadav (District Secretary) and Com.Diwakar (Treasurer)

The District Conference of Mumbai Telecom Factory was held at Balwadi Sabha Grah, Govandi, East Mumbai on 19-08-2025. Com.L V Gaikwad presided. It was heavy rain in Mumbai and some of the invitees and many of the members could not participate. Comrades who crossed 75 years were honoured with presentation of beautiful memento.

Com.M I Jakati, Circle Secretary delivered the inaugural address covering the important issues of the pensioners. He emphasized the importance of agitations for the settlement of the genuine demands and wanted to strengthen the organisation by making the membership to 400. Com. Suresh Naik, District Secretary presented the report and accounts. Coms.Ravi Adhav, Sampat Rao Gadhve and Santhosh Mejari participated in the discussion.

Ayodhya BA ( Formerly Faizabad) Conference has been held at BSNLEU office, PGMTD , Ayodhya on 18-08-2025. Com.K R Yadav, Circle Secretary attended and addressed explaining the issues in detail. A new set of office bearers was elected unanimously with the following important functionaries; President : Com.Hari Shankar Dube, District Secretary : Com.Sheo Sahai Singh, Treasurer : Com. R R Pandey.
