CENTRAL WORKING COMMITTEE OF AIPRPA.

Open Session of CWC of All India Postal & RMS Pensioners Association.
The Open Session of Aiprpa Chq commenced in Nakkeeran Arangam (SRMU Hall) Egmore, Chennai on 25-08-2016. Comrade D.K.Rahate in chair. Comrade VAN.Namboodiri Patron NCCPA inaugurated the open session and narated the attacks on pensioners & senior citizens world over. He explained that as Corporates have become wealthier than Governments, the Governments curtailing social security rights. Comrades M Krishnan (SG Confederation); M.Duraipandian (GS TN State Confederation); S.Rahman (VP NCCPA); Ishwarsingh Dabas (ASG NCCPA); D.D.Singh (Dy.SG BCPC); M.Kannaiyan (Chairman Reception Committee); M.R.Meenakshi sundaram (GS Reception Committee) and K.Ragavendran (GS AIPRPA) on dais. Large number of pensioners from Chennai District and Office Bearers if TN State attended.

Nakliyat-İş-Turkey: Solidarity with the Rail workers and RMT on 5 day Strike

First of all, as Nakliyat-İş Trade Union in Turkey, we want to express our great appreciation about the struggle carried out by rail workers and RMT Union in Southern Rail, UK. The struggle of working class in UK, led by our comrades from RMT inspires the class oriented union movement in all over the world and especially in Turkey.

We want to state our full solidarity with 5 day strike in UK. We wish our brothers a successful strike. We undoubptedly believe that they will gain success in their class oriented struggle.

Long live international solidarity of working class!

Long live the class oriented struggle of RMT!

We are workers, we are right and we will win!

AIBDPA CHENNAI TELEPHONES  conducted victory celebration for the achievement of 78.2 IDA MERGER for pensioners and for removal 60-40 ceiling in pension. More than 600 comrades participated in the meeting conducted at FLOWER BAZAAR on 24.08.2016. Some comrades from BSNLEU also participated. Com.B..SUBRAMANIAN Circle President, AIBDPA presided over it. COM.V.A.N. NAMBOODIRI Advisor,AIBDPA and  PATRON, BSNLEU inaugurated and com. K.GOVINDARAJ, AGS, AIBDPA & CS, BSNLEU gave special address  . Com.M.Kanniappan CP BSNLEU, COM.G.S.NARASIMHAN CS AIBDPA, COM.C.K.NARASIMHAN CS TAMILNADU AIBDPA,COM.T.KASI, CS BSNLCCWU, and COM.A.HEMAVATHI, Convenor Working women committee also spoke in it.

Attack oN BSNLEU Office at CTO Kolkatta

 We express our strong protest against the cowardly attack of Trinamool goons ransacking the office of BSNLEU at CTO Kolkata on 19-08-2016.

The W.Bengal circle Secretary,BSNLEU,Com.Animesh Mitra has given call for organising strong protest demonstrations throughout the state. All AIBDPA units in West Bengal are requested to join the protest programme.

U.P.(EAST) CIRCLE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING HELD SUCCESSFULLY.

A Circle Executive Committee Meeting of AIBDPA U.P.(East) was held at Lucknow on 19th August 2016 presided over by Com.B.N.Singh, Circle President. Com. Rajendra Dwivedi, Circle Secretary AIBDPA welcomed all. Com.V.A. N.Namboodiri, Advisor, AIBDPA inaugurated the CEC by lighting the lamp. Com. Prem Nath Rai, General Secretary CITU, UP, Com.R. K.Mishra, Circle Secretary BSNLEU, Com. K.R.Yadav, Vice-President BSNLEU, Com. Jeetlala Maurya Circle Secretary BSNLCCWF, Com.G.P. Tiwari, Vice President and other leaders addressed.

Com.Namboodiri in his inaugural address touched upon all issues of Pensioners as also on the need for strengthening AIBDPA. He explained the struggles organised for achieving 78.2% IDA pension fixation other demands.

GUJARAT CIRCLE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING HELD.

The Circle Executive Committee meeting of Gujarat was held successfully at BSNLEU office, Telecom Bhawan, Ahmedabad, on 12-08-2016. Com.T.V.Ghelani, Circle President presided over the meeting. Com.M.B.Chaniyara, Circle Secretary presented a detailed report for the interim period. Circle office bearers and district secretaries participated in the discussion.

The CEC decided to collect a donation as per the call of the CHQ.

The CEC nominated Com. J.G.Naik as Circle Patron.

diamond jubilee NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF CONFEDERATION OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES & WORKERS.

The two day Diamond Jubilee   National Conference of Confederation of Central Government Employees started on 16-08-2016 at Chennai. Com. A. K. Padmanabhan, National President, CITU inaugurated the conference in an enthusiastic atmosphere. Com.K.K.N.Kutty, Chairman, Confederation presided. Com. M.Raghaviah, Secretary General, NFIR, Com.Shiv Gopal Misra, Secretary General, AIRF, Com.A.Sreekumar, General Secreatry, AIGSEF , M.Krishnan, Secretary General, Confederation, Com.K.Raghavendran, General Secretary, AIPRPA and a host of leaders addressed.
