The workers, farmers and the agricultural workers are joining together in New Delhi to protest against the anti-worker, anti-farmer and anti people neoliberal policies of Narendra  Modi government. Lakhs will march through the streets in New Delhi demanding effective control of prices of essential commodities and universalise the public distribution system, concrete measures for generation of decent employment, minimum wage of Rs.18,000 for all workers, stop anti-worker labour law amendments, remunerative price for all agricultural products, loan waiver for peasants and agricultural workers, no contractorisation, redistributive land reforms, stop forcible land acquisition, reversal of neoliberal policies etc. The Rally will also hit out at the communal agenda and authoritarian drive of Modi government and condemn the serial mob lynching. Delhi is all set to witness the historical Mazdoor Kisan Sangarsh Rally on 5th September, 2018 which is certain to create a glittery history in the forward march of the workers and farmers of the country.

Our Jalgaon CEC has decided to support the struggle and participation by our Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP and MP comrades. All the comrades of these circles are requested to reach Eastern Court at 10 AM on 05-09-2018 and we will join the main rally at Parliament Street.

Cabinet approves additional 2 percent Dearness Allowance (DA) for Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners w.e.f. 1st July, 2018

The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modihas approved to release an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners w.e.f. 01.07.2018 representing an increase of 2% over the existing rate of 7% of the Basic Pay/Pension, to compensate for price rise.

Com.D.V.Dhaktod, a dedicated and sincere leader of the movement breathed his last on the night of 30th August, 2018 at a Nagpur hospital. He was 84 and was ailing for some time long. Com.Dhaktod has functioned in various capacities in the central government employees movement and pensioners as well which were entrusted to him with utmost commitment. He was the General Secretary of Audit and Accounts Association during the formative stage and worked tirelessly for the onward march of the central government employees movement along with Com.S.K.Vyas. After retirement he focused on uniting the pensioners movement associating with Com.S.K.Vyas. He was the Chairman of CGPA, Nagpur and also the Chairman of Vidharba Co-Ordination Committee of Pensioners Associations. He was part of NCCPA since its inception and was serving as Vice President. His simplicity and humbleness and dedication to the cause of workers and pensioners will ever be remembered.

AIBDPA dips its banner and pays respectful homage to the departed leader and conveys heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and comrades.

The Pension Revision Day on 30-08-2018 has been observed widely throughout the country and the participation in most of the places was beyond the expectations of the organizers. The anger and anguish of the pensioners in the unjustified delay in pension revision reflected in the massive participation. CHQ heartily congratulates CHQ office bearers, circle secretaries, district secretaries and all other comrades for making the programme a historic success.

Com,R.S Yadav, veteran leader, former Vice-President of NFPTE, Circle Secretary of E.III Union of undivided U.P.Circle for a period of 40 years as also Circle President later, passed away on 30th August 2018. He was not well for some time.

Com.R.S.Yadav was an inspiring leader who fought against the revisionist policy of the leadership along with Com.K.G.Bose and other progressive leaders of the P&T Trade Union Movement in the country. His immense contributions to the organization will ever be remembered.

AIBDPA expresses its deep sorrow on the passing away of the legendary leader and dips its banner in respect of him. We convey our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and comrades of UP circle.

At the initiative of All Unions and Associations, Kerala Circle, an amount of Rs.2.15 crore was collected from the salary of both executives and non-executives to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund. The amont was handed over to Com.Pinarayi Vijayan, Chief Minister by Shri.P.T.Mathew, CGMT and Com.C.Santhoshkumar, Convenor, AUAB in the presence of other circle secretaries and top officers.
