NEARBY CIRCLES HAVE TO INTIMATE EXACT NUMBERS OF PARTICIPANTS.

CHQ has already given the target of participants for each circle. We have got the figures of the far away circles. However, the number of participants from NTR, New Delhi, ALTTC Gaziabad, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and UP(E) are yet to be known. UP(W) Circle Secretary has agreed to participate 200 comrades. So other circles are also required to intimate the exact number of participants at the earliest.

MAINTAIN UTMOST DISCIPLINE.

We are all elders and aware of the importance of maintaining discipline. There may be short comings which have to deal with patience and maturity.

Comrades, we are all set to create a new milestone with the successful conduct of the Sanchar Bhawan March.

WE WILL FIGHT AND WE SHALL WIN.
RED SALUTE COMRADES.

With warm Greetings

K G Jayaraj
