COM.S R SWARGIARY, FOUNDER DISTRICT SECRETARY, GUWAHATI PASSED AWAY- Com. M R Das, AGS has reported that Com. S R Swargiary, founder District Secretary and presently District Treasurer has breathed his last on 27-07-2020. He was a very sincere and committed leader and held several positions during his service , including Secretary, P&T Local Co-ordination Committee, Guwahati.
