There is no positive outcome from the Meeting of the Committee for Periodic Interaction (Institutional Mechanism) held on 10-01-2019 with AUAB leaders and DoT due to the negative approach and delay tactics of DoT. It is reported that the Joint Secretary and DDG (Estt) mainly played the spoilsport. On every issue there has been nothing new from what were sated earlier. The Hon’ble Minister for Communications who had given categorical assurance and speedy action has to intervene to stop the highhandedness of certain  DoT officers.
