Cherthala Area Branch under Alappuzha District has held its biennial conference at Telephone Exchange premises, Cherthala on 15-07-2018. Com.N.Guruprasad, Circle Secretary inaugurated the conference and explained the current position with regard to pension revision, wage revision and BSNL MRS. Com. K. Gopalan presided over the meeting. Com.P.Rajeevan, Area Secretary welcomed and presented the report and accounts were presented by Com.C.P.Sreekumaran Nair, Treasurer. Com. P.Surendran, District Secretary spoke on organisational issues.

Coms. S.S.N.Sarma, P.Rajeevan and C.P.Sreekumaran Nair have been elected President, Secretary and Treasurer, respectively.
