The issue of permanent absorption in BSNL by issuing the Presidential order for Shri.N.C.Kinake, Senior Accountant Bhandara is pending for a long time. The DoT had issued a letter to the AGM(SEA), Corporate Office to the effect that the case could be settled by the CCA, Maharashtra, if necessary documents are provided to him by the BSNL Circle office, Maharashtra. The DGM (SEA) and AGM (SEA) had told Com.K.G.jayaraj, General Secretary when he discussed the issue on 04-10-2017 , that this has been conveyed to the AGM( Estt) ,CGMT office, Maharashtra. But when our Circle Secretary and other Office bearers met the AGM(Estt), CGMTOffice, Mumbai, he has flatly refused to initiate any action unless and until he gets a reply from the Corporate Office. Com.K.G.Jayaraj, General Secretary has met today Shri. Sunil Dutt Jingan,DGM(SEA), Corporate office and handed over a letter for his early intervention.
