Com.Sisir Bhattacharjee, the veteran leader of the P&T Trade Union movement in the country has passed away at 1825hrs on 30-04-2018 at Kolkata. He was the oldest leader (98) and will be remembered for his commendable contributions not only to the P&T workers but also other central government employees. He led many struggles along with Com.K.G.Bose and was an undisputed leader for several decades. Com.Sisirda was very active even at his old age until he fell seriously ill.
