CHQ  is shocked to hear the sad news. It is reported that Com.L.N.Tiwari, Circle President,Chhattisgarh passed away early morning on 10-04-2018 quite unexpectedly. Com.Tiwariji was a dedicated leader with exceptional organisational skills and a source of inspiration to both executives and non executives while in service and has functioned as the Circle Secretary, AIBSNLEA. After retirement he had no hesitation in joining AIBDPA and was very active in its functioning in Chhattisgarh.
