The atrocities against women is continuing globally, particularly in our country, it is alarmingly increasing. New resistance movements to fight against all types of attacks on women and to extend help to the victims are also coming up. “Me too” in USA is one among them. Empowerment of women in governance is a must to protect the rights of the women and it has to be ensured through the required legislation. The bill for 33% reservation in state assemblies and Parliament in our country is still in cold storage. The women workers and the poor, particularly Dailts are mostly  targeted.

So let us strive to fight against all types of atrocities, exploitation,discrimination and injustice against women and ensure them the protection.
