The 3rd biennial Conference of Kolkata Telecom Factory District was held at the Club hall of Telecom Factory, Alipore in an enthusiastic atmosphere on 23-08-2017. The senior most veteran leader of the P&T Trade union movement, Com.Sisir Bhattacharjee inaugurated the conference with a brief but inspiring speech. Com.Sujit Mukherjee presided. Com.Adhir Kumar Sen, Circle Secretary spoke elaborately on the current developments and issues confronting the pensioners. Com.Om Prakash Singh, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU also addressed. The report and accounts presented by Coms. Bakul Ghosh, Dist Secretary and Sita Ram, Treasurer were adopted after discussion.

Coms Santhosh Bhattacharjee, Benoy Bose and C.Sita Ram were elected unanimously as President, District Secretary and Treasurer.
