Dear Comrades,
As was intimated earlier, the National Executive Committee meeting of the NCCPA will be held at Nagpur on 19th August, 2017. Necessary arrangements have been made by the host Unit at Nagpur We are extracting hereunder the relevant portion of the circular letter giving the details of arrangements for stay , food and meeting. Kindly take the pains to intimate the host unit of your travel plan so that the comrades can pick you up from the Station or Airport and make you reach the venue.

Dear Comrades
Namaskar.
By now you must have received Notice dated 28th May, 2017 for the ensuing National Executive Meeting of NCCPA at Nagpur on 19th August 2017 followed by Secretary General’s circular letter dt/-3rd June, 2017.
The local Coordination Committee of Pensioners’ Associations -Reception Committee is making all out efforts to warmly welcome you and ensure your comfortable stay and participation in the meeting. Venue of your stay and meeting will be “MLA Rest House – AAMDAR NIWAS” (opposite Dr. Vasantrao Deshpande Sabhagruha ) in Civil Line Nagpur, at a distance of 2-3 k.m. from Nagpur (main) Railway Station. Facility for Pre paid booking of Autorikshaw is available at the main Railway Station. Efforts are also being made to post some Comrades at the Railway Station to help and guide you.
The rooms for stay will be made available from 18th August, 2017 after noon to 9.00 a.m.(check out) on 20th August, 17. Canteen facility for Tea, Snacks etc. on 18th August could be made available on demand, with prior intimation. Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on 19thwill be provided by COC-Reception Committee. Please inform the following particulars immediately by return of post/e mail at the below mentioned address :
