Highlights of Wage Revision Committee meeting held on 03-09-2025.
_*.*_Meeting of the Wage Revision Committee is held at 11:00 am on 03-09-2025. After the last Wage Revision Committee meeting, the CHQ contacted all the circle secretaries and CHQ office bearers and took their views regarding the proposed new pay scales, fitment, etc.
All Staff Side members of BSNLEU participated in today’s meeting and strongly raised the following demands:-
(a) Fitment for the Non-Executives should be at par with the Executives. This point should be mentioned in the Wage Revision agreement.
(b) Management should give an assurance that the pay scales implemented in this Wage Revision should not be made the basis for the next Wage Revision.
(c) Loss of pay to any employee after implementation of this Wage Revision, should be compensated by granting additional increments.
(d) Stagnation faced by any employee after implementation of this Wage Revision should be appropriately addressed by the Management.
In today’s discussions, the Management Side strongly argued that, agreement on Wage Revision of the Non-Executives can be signed only after implementation of Pay Revision of the Executives. The Staff Side strongly rejected this and demanded immediate signing of the Wage Revision agreement of the Non-Executives. A lot of heated arguments took place on this issue. Finally, the Management Side agreed to prepare the draft Wage Revision agreement. Next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee will be held on 11.09.2025.

The Joint Wage revision Committee has its much awaited meeting on 01-09-2025. Serious discussion took place mainly on the pay scales and fitment factor but could not be finalised. The meeting will now be held at 11AM on 03-09-2025.
KARNATAKA STATE LEVEL CONVENTION OF FORUM OF CIVIL PENSIONERS ASSOCIATION.
Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations, Karnataka state organised its Convention against Validation of Pension Rules at Bangalore on 31-08-2025. Com.K B Krishna Rao (CCCGPA) initiated the proceedings . Com.S Radhakrishna welcomed one and all. Com. D Gopalakrishnan (AIBSNLPWA) and Com. G L Jogi (SNPWA) were the main speakers . 100 comrades from AIBDPA participated in the convention under the leadership of Com.Muddaiah, Circle Secretary.
