CHQ HAS BEEN CONTINUOUSLY PURSUING THE ISSUE AS EVEN AFTER OUR STRONGLY WORDED LETTER AND REMINDER THEREOF, CORPORATE OFFICE WAS RELUCTANT TO ISSUE THE CLARIFICATION. INSTEAD, MAY BE DUE TO FALSE PRESTIGE, ASKED THE CIRCLES TO ISSUE NECESSARY CLARIFICATIONS. ACCORDINGLY SOME CIRCLES, STARTING WITH KERALA , ISSUED CIRCLE LEVEL CLARIFICATIONS. HOWEVER SOME OTHER CIRCLES LIKE RAJASTHAN, MP, CHHATTISGARH, PUNJAB ETC TOOK AN ADAMENT STAND TO THE EFFECT THAT THEY WILL ABIDE BY THE CORPORATE OFFICE LETTER DATED 07-07-2021. THIS SITUATION HAD CREATED AN UNWARRANTED DISCRIMINATION AMONG THE CIRCLES AND CONFUSION AND FRUSTRATION IN PENSIONERS. SO WE INTIMATED THE SITUATION TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND URGED FOR ISSUING CLARIFICATION BY CORPORATE OFFICE TO ENSURE A PAN INDIA STATUS. BSNLEU ALSO INTERVENED AND INSISTED FOR CLARIFICATION BY THE CORPORATE OFFICE.
