The USA role and the bombings in Syria–WFTU STATEMENT.

It is known all over the world that the USA, the European Union, Turkey and the Gulf monarchies have founded, financed and armed the ISIS. Their goal was dismembering Syria and founding new puppet states in order to steal the region’s wealth.

Today, with the USA bombings against Syria, the government of Trump continues the policy of the previous Presidents. Through these bombings, it supports the ISIS. It makes the situation even more dangerous for a generalized war.

The class-oriented trade union movement demands:

– The foreign troops to leave the Region

– To stop the imperialist intervention against Syria and the whole Middle East

– The wealth-producing resources of Syria belong to its people.

– The peoples of the Region are the only ones who have the right to decide freely and democratically on their present and future.

– to stop chemical weapons use by everybody

Reliance Jio may post loss of Rs. 19,000 crore in 2017-18

It is reported in Economic Times that Reliance Jio will register a loss of Rs 19,600 crore in 2017-18 and Rs 11,500 crore in 2018-19.

Jio has got about 100 million customers. It has got a deep pocket and  is trying with all the help from the government to ride over all other telecom companies. Once the other companies are put down, then the charges will be increased and the loss will be made up.

Of course, corporates have no respect for law and ethics. Profit is their only motive. And Reliance tops the list.

FARMER SUICIDES AND MALNUTRITION DEATHS GALORE; BUT INDIAN BILLIONAIRES ARE RICHER BY Rs1.28 LAKH CRORE.

The data Released by Bloomberg Billionaires Index, reveals that the Indian billionaires have added a whooping Rs.1.28 lakh crore to their assets in the financial year 2016-17.

Mukesh Ambani annexed the maximum , $6 billion to his personal wealth to retain the tag of India’s richest with a networth of $28.7 billion.

The second positioned L.N.Mittal has $15.9 billion. He too added $1.5 billion to his networth, growing 10.4% over last year.

Dilip Shanghvi, the Pharmaceuticals leader is in the third position with personal wealth of $14.7 billion. He has addedn $1.9 billion to his kitty, growing 14.8%.

So, this is one ‘shining’ side of our country for which the ruling class is quite proud of.

But what is the other side. ?

Farmers are committing suicide as they do not get any help when in distress. Malnutrition deaths of children and pregnant women are increasing alarmingly. Unemployment of the educated youth is also growing. Thousands of villages in our country are yet to be electrified and crores of people are still to be provided with drinking water and toilets.

But the central government is still trying to deny the workers of their legitimate rights by amending the labour laws , factories act etc to enable the corporates tx exploit the workers further and add to their whooping profits.

THIS IS CAPITALISM; RATHER CRONY CAPITALISM.
