Dear Sir,

              Sub; Pension Revision of BSNL absorbed retirees with 15% fitment from 01-01-2017, delinking wage revision- reg

I came to know from your website that you have written to Shri.Ravi Shankar Prasad Ji, Hon’ble Minister for Communications &IT for pension revision with the 3rd PRC fitment, delinking wage revision and given a call to send the letter to the Minister by each and every member of your Association. We really appreciate your program of action raising the genuine demand rather than seeking legal remedy which may prove to be futile later.

 As decided by our Central Executive Committee Meeting , I had written to 5 pensioners organizations including BDPA to explore the possibility of making the agitation a joint program. Unfortunately, due to one or other reason no positive response was received

Therefore we had no other option than to go ahead with our 4 phased program of agitation and the signature campaign in the memorandum to the Prime Minister is going on in full swing. I am indeed happy to inform you that we are getting very positive and encouraging response from the Parliament Members being met irrespective of political affiliation.

In this context, we have two important agitations;

  1. Mass Hunger Strike at CCA offices on 12-02-2020
  2. Parliament March on 12-03-2020.

And now, your organization already have a program on the same demand , I would request you to consider joining the above agitations in the best interest of BSNL pensioners.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,

K G Jayaraj

General Secretary.
