AUAB LUNCH HOUR DEMONSTRATION HAS BEEN HELD SUCCESSFULLY- AIBDPA ALSO JOINED IN LARGE NUMBERS.
The Lunch hour demonstration on 11-02-2020 called by AUAB demanding early payment of salary arrears to the employees, wages to the contract workers, immediate allotment of 4G spectrum, soveriegn bond etc on has been held successfully all over the country. As per CHQ directive, AIBDPA members have joined the programme in large numbers. Hearty congratulations to all the participants.
AIBDPA DELEGATION GIVEN LETTER AND COPY OF MEMORANDUM ON PENSION REVISION TO SMT.DARSHANABEN JARDOSH MP SURAT ON 11-02-2020.
As per the appointment given, AIBDPA Surat delegation visited the office of Surat MP Smt.Darshanaben Jardosh on 11-02-2020. Unfortunately, MP could not be present at her office due to some emergent duty. Therefore the delegation gave the letter on pension revision and copy of memorandum to her PA . Coms. A S Dwivedi, District Secretary, R M Patel, N D Desai and B N Ahir were in the delegation.
PENSION REVISION- LETTER AND COPY OF MEMORANDUM BEING SUBMITTED TO PRIME MINISTER GIVEN TO SHRI C R PATIL, MP(LS), SURAT (RURAL) BY AIBDPA DELEGATION.
A letter on pension revision and the copy of memorandum being submitted to the Prime Minister were given to Shri.C R Patel, MP, Surat (Rural) on 10-02-2020 by Surat AIBDPA district delegation consisting of Coms.A S Dwivedi, District Secretary, Salim Hafesji, District President, BSNLEU, O B Thakor, M S Ansari and M R Borse. As authorised by the MP, his PA received the letter.

HUNGER STRIKE AT CCA OFFICES ON PENSION REVISION TO BE HELD 12-02-2020.
One of the major struggles in the 4 phased agitational programme decided by the Guwahati Central Executive Committee Meeting , Hunger Dharna at all CCA offices, is to be held on 12-02-2020. CHQ is aware that earnest efforts are being taken by the respective circle branches for holding it with massive participation of pensioners. This is only a last minute reminder to mobilize maximum participation and make it a grand success.
CHANDIGARH DISTRICT CONFERENCE HELD.
Chandigarh District Conference has been held befittingly on 10-02-2020. Com.Balwinder Singh, Circle Secretary inaugurated the conference explaininig the current issues of the pensioners and the ongoing struggle for pension revision. Com.H S Dhillon, Circle Secretary ,BSNLEU narrated the post VRS situation and the necessity to strengthen the organisation. Com. Avtar Singh Jhande, District Secretary, BSNLEU, Ludhiana also addressed the conference.

AIBDPA Surat District Branch delegation led by Coms.A S Dwivedi (District Secretary), Salim Hafesji (District President,BSNLEU), O B Thakor, M S Ansari and M R Borse have submitted letter on pension revision and copy of memorandum being submitted to the Prime Minister to Shri.C R Patil, M P (LS), Surat. In the absence of the MP, as directed by him, his PA received both the letter and copy of memorandum on 10-02-2020.
SPECIAL CONVENTION HELD AT BURDWAN.
A special and joint convention of AIBDPA and CORTO Burdwan District with a large number of VRS retirees was held on 09-02-2020 at Telephone Exchange, Burdwan. Coms.R C Mallick and M D Yunus co-presided the convention. Both the District Secretaries , Coms. S P Ray and B R Ghosh welcomed the gathering. Coms.D Basu, AGS and Secretary CORTO, Susanta Ghosh, CHQ Vice President & Circle President, Sanjib Banerjee, AGS & Circle Secretary, Kolkata Telephones and Pijush Chakraborty, Circle Secretary addressed the convention and explained the issues in detail.
