COM.NAGAMANYAM, FOUNDER CIRCLE SECRETARY, AIBDPA, ANDHRA PRADESH PASSED AWAY.

With profound grief we report the sad demise of Com.Nagamanyam, one of the senior leaders of the P&T Trade Union movement in Andhra Pradesh at 1120 hrs on 24-06-2017. He was ailing for sometime long and was admitted in an hospital at Hyderabad one week back and the end came in the hospital. He was only 72 and we have lost a committed leader.

Com. Nagamanyam played a significant role in building the E-III (N) in Andhra Pradesh Circle along with Coms.M.N.Reddy, P.Asokababu and J.Sampath Rao. He also played a pivotal role in the historical Bhopal All India Conference in 1991, where the revisionist group of Com.O.P.Gupta was defeated and the progressive section under Com.V.A.N.Namboodiri and Com.Moni Bose came victorious. Later he was active in building BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF in AP. When AIBDPA was formed -, he was the natural choice for the founder circle secretary of AP and continued until bad health compelled him to relinquish.

Com.Nagamanyam was a dedicated leader and had withstood severe victimisations for leading various struggles.

AIBDPA dips its banner in respect of the departed leader, Com.Nagamanyam and conveys deep condolences to the bereaved family and the comrades in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

RED SALUTE COM.NAGAMANYAM..
