CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE

PROTEST DEMONSTRATION ON 16-10-2026 AGAINST NON-PAYMENT OF DA/DR – A STUPENDOUS SUCCESS – NCCPA CONGRATULATES ALL

Dear Comrades,

NCCPA conveys its heartfelt thanks and revolutionary congratulations to all its constituent organizations, State CCCGPA’s, Circle / District Units and thousands of Central Government Employees and Pensioners who made the All India Protest Demonstration on 16-10-2026 against the non-payment of DA/DR due from 01-07-2026 a stupendous success.

Reports received at CHQ indicate that demonstrations were held with massive participation in all State Capitals and District Headquarters. In many places the Protest Demonstration was held jointly with Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers.

The spontaneous and militant participation of pensioners, including  comrades above 75 years, braving inclement weather and ill health at many places, demonstrates the deep resentment and anger against the anti-employee, anti-pensioner attitude of the Central Government in delaying the legitimate DA/DR dues.

We have shown that pensioners are not a spent force. We can and will fight against any onslaught on our hard-earned rights.

NCCPA warns the Government not to test the patience of employees and pensioners. If DA/DR is not announced immediately, we will be forced to intensify the agitation.

Once again, NCCPA places on record its sincere appreciation to all leaders and comrades who worked tirelessly to make the programme a grand success.
