Respected sir
Payment of IDA and DR to BSNL/MTNL employees and pensioners is a routine matter every three months after issuance of order by DPE.
DPE issued order on 27/2/26.
DoT sought information from PSUs under its control (because of para 5) on 23/3/26 and BSNL replied on the same day with the details of financial implications.
MTNL also sent it’s reply.
Again DoT sought the information from those PSUs asking to get the approval of board of directors.
It’s the responsibility of the PSU to pay it from its resources.
Seeking information one after another is nothing but a deliberate attempt to delay it further.
Meanwhile DPE has issued order on 24/4/26 for increased IDA from 1/4/26 without any condition like para 5 of its earlier order.

Payment of DR rests only with DoT.

I request you, sir to immediately release the order for payment of IDA and DR from 1/1/26 and 1/4/26.
Please avoid any further delay
