Hon’ble Supreme Court heard the writ petition filed by NCCPA, AIBDPA and 17 other organizations against Validation of Pension Rules Act, on 17-11-2025 and ordered to issue notice to the government. Senior Advocate Shri. Vikas Singh appeared and argued quoting the Nakara case verdict. AIBDPA is the second applicant in the case.
