Com.A Dhupal, CHQ Vice President inaugurated Balangir biennial district conference giving a good account of developments on the important issues of the pensioners. Com. Pravanjan Kumar Panigrahy, Circle Secretary dealt on the organisational matter and highlighted the struggles conducted for settlement of the issues. He also appealed to further strengthen AIBDPA for the best interests of the pensioners. The conference was held at the conference hall of DGM, BSNL ,Balangir on 23-02-2025 under the presidentship of Com.Ghanasyam Mohananda, District President. Com. Ram Chandra Naik, District Secretary welcomed all and presented the report and accounts which were adopted after discussion.

Office bearers were elected unanimously with Com. Ghanasyam Mohananda (President) Com. Ram Chandra Naik (District Secretary) and Com.Pradyumna Gatatia (Treasurer)

21 new members attended the conference and enrolled to AIBDPA.
