Preparations were in full swing in Tamil Nadu to stage the Solidarity Dharna in all the places by the Pensioners Co-ordination Committee. But the heavy rain and cyclonic situation in many parts of Tamil Nadu on 25-11-2020, particulary, Chennai and northern districts , have disrupted the programme.
