The first biennial District Conference of Palanpur held on 18-04-2018 at Paschal Boarding, Palanpur was inaugurated by Com.M.B.Chaniyara, Circle Secretary and CHQ Organising Secretary. Com.Devubhai Joshi controlled the proceedings. Com.J.S.Tanna was the chief guest and addressed the conference. Those who greeted the conference included Coms.M.S.Korat and A.Y.Ghori, District President and Secretary of BSNLEU, G.B.Darji and N.N.Patel, AIBDPA Mehsana District President and Secretary.

The biennial report and accounts presented by Coms.J.K.Rami and V,M,Darji, District Secretary and Treasurer, respectively, were adopted after discussion. Then election of office beraers was held unanimously and the following are the main functionaries;

President : Com.N.M.Parmer, District Secretary : Com. J.K.Rami and Treasurer : Com.V.M.Darji.
