WFTU and USB organised an Immigrants gathering in Foggia, Italy the province where Giuseppe Di Vittorio (WFTU President 1949-1957) was born.

The WFTU General Secretary George Mavrikos attended the gathering accompanied by Pierpaolo Leonardi, WFTU Presidential Council member and other trade-unionists from USB-Italy.
