The Circle Executive Committee meeting of Kerala was held at Com.PVC Memorial Hall, P&T House , Thiruvananthapuram on 14-11-2025. Com.K Mohanan, Circle President presided. Com.N Guruprasad, Circle Secretary welcomed and presented the report. Com.N Vikraman Nair, Circle Treasurer placed the accounts.

Com.V A N Namboodiri, Advisor inaugurated the CEC and narrated briefly the International, National developments and the agitations conducted by Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations against the Validation of Pension Rules Act. Presenting the organisational issues, Com.K G Jayaraj, General Secretary spoke on our dominant participation in the struggles held by NCCPA and Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations and in the Delhi Chalo program our participation was 436, even though our share allotted was 300. General Secretary also explained the serious developments after the release of Terms of Reference for the 8th Pay Commission. The Pensioners are completely excluded from the purview of the CPC and a new phrase ‘unfunded and non-contributory pension’ is given to the OPS. Our AIC being held at Coimbatore on 17-18, December, 2025 will deliberate all these issues seriously and appropriate decisions taken.

All the District Secretaries and Circle Office bearers participated in the discussion which was replied by both General Secretary and Circle Secretary. Important decisions were taken for strengthening the organisation and enrollment of more subscribers to Tele Pensioner and BSNL Crusader.
