The District Conference of Cuttack in Odisha was held at GMTD Office, Cuttack on 02-10-2024. Com.Sreedhar Mallick, District President presided over the conference. Com.Pravanja Kumar Panigrahy, Circle Secretary inaugurated the conference and narrated the functioning of AIBDPA and explained issues taken up at Circle level. Com.A Dhupal, CHQ Vice President delivered the keynote address and gave a good account of recent developments on pensioners issues and the agitational programme being launched both by AIBDPA and NCCPA. Com.Sk Hoshen, District Secretary presented the report and accounts and were adopted after discussion.

The conference elected a new set of office bearers unanimously with Com.Sreedhar Mallick (President) Com.Debdutta Das (District Secretary) and Com.Bibhuti Bhushan Behera (Treasurer)
