The 7th biennial district conference of Palakkad has been held on 06-01-2024 at KG Bose Bhawan, Palakkad. Com.K Venugopalan, District President presided over the conference. Com.G Rajan, District Secretary welcomed all the participants.Com.N Guruprasad, Circle Secretary inaugurated the conference and spoke indetail on all the issues, particularly pension revision , Pune CEC decisions and the ensuing Circle Conference at Alappuzha. Coms. P M Gopalakrishnan, Circle Vice President, P R Parameswaran, ACS, P S Raveendranath (AIPRPA) K V Madhu & U R Ranjeev (BSNLEU), C Krishnadas (Confederation) and Sureshbabu (NFPE) addressed the inaugural session.

In the subject session Coms. G Rajan, District Secretary and M Kuppusamy ,Treasurer presented the report and audited accounts, respectively and were adopted after discussion. Resolutions on important issues were also adopted. Office bearers were elected unanimously with Com.K Venugopalan (President) Com.G Rajan (District Secretary) and Com.M Kuppusamy (Treasurer)
