You have seen the up and downs of BSNL and fought for improving and strengthening it. You have participated in umpteen struggles for the improvement of service conditions and wages, benefits, etc., of the employees.

AIBDPA is affiliated to the National Co-Ordination Committee of Pensioners Association (NCCPA), the prime organisation of pensioners in the country headed by Com.Shiv Gopal Mishra, Secretary, AIRF (Secretary, Staff Side) and K.K.N. Kutty, Vice President of the Confederation as President and Secretary General. Both are members of the National Council of JCM, and regularly take up the issue of pensioners with Government.
AIBDPA is also affiliated to the Trade Union International (Pensioners and Retirees) (WFTU) with AIBDPA, General Secretary, included in the Working Committee.
