The district convention was held at KG Bose Bhavan, Palakkad on 28-01-2020. Com.N Guruprasad, Circle Secretary inaugurated with an elaborate speech including current situation in the country, issues of VRS optees and the agitational programme decided by the Guwahati CEC. Com.N Sethumadhavan, District President controlled the proceedings.
