Com. T. Dharma Rao, Circle Organising Secretary of Andhra Pradesh has breathed his last on 20th December, 2019 after a brief illness. He was a good organiser and has contributed immensely to the telecom workers movement in various capacities.

He was also functioning as the General Secretary of the BSNL Casual, Contract Workers Union of Andhra Pradesh.
