The second biennial Circle conference of Odisha has been held with good participation at GMTD office conference Hall on 17-02-2019. Com.A.C.Mohanty, Circle President presided over the conference. Com.A.Dhupal, veteran leader and Circle Patron, BSNLEU who took the initiative to form AIBDPA in Odisha welcomed all presented the issues in Odisha. Com.K.G.Jayaraj, General Secretary inaugurated the conference explaining the issues of wage revision, pension revision, revival of BSNL, and the ensuing All India Conference at Kolkata on 23-24, February, 2019. He appealed to make the three days strike from 18-02-2019 a stupendous success giving a fitting rebuff to the arrogance of DOT and the government. He also congratulated the Circle , particularly Com.A.Dhupal and A C Mohanty for the advancement made in Odisha within a short period. Coms.P.R.Das, veteran leader and Com.S R Das, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU also addressed conference.

A beautiful and useful calendar brought out by the Circle Branch was released by Com.K G Jayaraj, General Secretary.

Com.Sahdev Biswal, Circle Secretary presented the report and audited accounts and was adopted after an effective discussion particiaped by nine comrades . A 19 number circle office bearers were elected unanimously and the following are the important functionaries.
