A new branch is formed under DIBRUGARH district in Assam. The meeting for this purpose was held on 24-04_2017 at the conference hall of GMTD, DIBRUGARH. Com.Joy Chanda Gogoi presided.

Office bearers were elected unanimously with Com.Joy Chanda Gogoi (President) Com.Pranabananda Bhattacharjee (Secretary) and Com.Amiya Mohan Dey (Treasurer)
