The 3rd District  conferencee  of Bankura was held on 5.2.17 at Telephone Exchange. After flag hoisting and garlanding martyr’s column the inaugural session commenced. Com Pankaj Saha ACS inaugurated the conference. He explained the role to be played by the pensioners on the perspective of the  national and international situation prevailing. Coms DS Pal CORTO, SP Gord BSNLEU etc greeted the confernce. Coms DK Lai DS and Mahadev Bhattacherjee Treasurer placed the report and Accounts respectively.  After discussion made by the delegates the report and the Accounts were adopted.

The conference elected Coms LK Tudu, DK Lai and Mahadev Bhattacherjee as the President. DS and Treasurer respectively. Com LK Tudu controlled the procedings
