CHQ expresses anguish,shock and sorrow in loss of more than 140 innocent victims and hundreds of passengers injured in the gruesome train accident near Kanpur on 20-11-2016. The accident occured due to derailment of 14 coaches of the Patna- Indore express and the reasons are yet to investigated. The accident once again points to the lack of security of the rail passengers for which the Indian Railways is answerable.
