CHQ has written to Shri J.S.Deepak, Secretary, Department of Telecom urging him to post a Controller of Communication Accounts at Dimapur in North East II circle to mitigate the difficulties of the DoT and BSNL pensioners.  Now only one CCA is available for both NE I & NE II circles covering the whole six north east states. Com.V.A.N.Namboodiri, Advisor and Com. K.G.Jayaraj, General Secretary  on 23-09-2016 went to Sanchar Bhawan to meet the Secretary but was not available. However they met  Shri. D.K.Upadhyay, Member (Service) and Shri. Prahlad Singh, Member (Finance) and discussed the issue and also handed over the copies of the letter to the Secretary, DoT. Both the officers agreed to examine and do the needful.
