After the Cabinet decision on 78.2% IDA pension fixation which itself has decided that the full responsibility for pension of BSNL retirees is with the government. DoT has issued a specific order stating that 60:40 % condition is done away with. This became necessary to override the earlier decision. A long pending demand of Forum and AIBDPA has been settled.<<view order>>
