The DPE has already constituted the 3rd PRC. As regards the Non-Executives of BSNL, the BSNL Management should start negotiations with the Recognised Unions, to finalise the Wage Revision. BSNLEU has written to the Secretary, DoT, requesting to issue necessary instruction to the BSNL Management for starting the negotiation.
