One ‘Cyber Crime’ I want to bring to your notice so that you can caution our members.

 

Recently, one of our member received one call from New Delhi and the person intimated his name mobile no. Etc and informed our member that some amount already deducted towards GPF is due to the member and his Bank Account Number and Aadhar number is required so that it can be credited to his account.

 

The stranger  continued his talk and could convince our member that he is genuine.He could skillfully trap our member and drew some amount from his account.

 

Our member then contacted tha Bank, and they told they can not help him and told this is a ‘Cyber crime’.

Our member complained to the police and the police investigated and found the amount is drawn by a private agency stationed at NOIDA.

 

Yesterday another such type of call received by another member, due to our timely alert we could avoid.
