The biennial District Conference of Coochbehar, West Bengal was held with good participation of pensioners on 23-05-2015 under the president ship of Com. Ananta Kumar Barman, District President. Com. Susanta Ghosh, CHQ Vice President and Circle Secretary inaugurated the conference with an elaborate speech covering almost all the issues confronting the pensioners. The report and accounts presented by the District Secretary and Treasurer respectively were adopted after discussion. Com. Pijush Chakraborty thereafter spoke on organizational issues.

Office bearers were elected unanimously with Com. Ananta Kumar Barman (President), Com.Subhas Chandra Pathak (District Secretary ) and Com. Tapan Kumar Sarkar (Treasurer)
