The Joint Action Committee of Non Executive BSNL Unions have conducted Mass Dharna in all SSAs,Circles and the Corporate Office on 23rd September,2014 demanding settlement of 30 point charter of demands,including 78.2% IDA merger to BSNL pensioners. There was massive participation every where reflecting the resentment of the workers against lethergic attitude of BSNL management towards their genuine and long standing demands.  

AIBDPA had already given call to support the agitation by participation of pensioners. Com.K.G.Jayaraj,General Secretary participated in the Dharna held at the Corporate Office and addressed. Hundreds of workers from Corporate Office,Ghasiabad,NTR Delhi and Haryana participated enthusiastically in the Dharna. Com. C. Singh, Chairman, JAC presided. Com.V.A.N.Namboodiri, Com.P.Abhimanu, Com. R.K.Kohli,Com.Mallikarjun, Com. Sureshkumar and other leaders of the JAC addressed

The next phase of the agitation is 2 hrs walk out on 30th September,2014.
