The Joint Parliamentery Committee report on the infamous 2G spectrum Scam has been submitted to the Speaker of the Loksabha,Ms.Meira Kumar On 29th October2013.
The report allegedly prepared by the Chairman of JPC,Shri.P.C.Chacko unilateraly and rather arbitrarily with the sole motive of absolving the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister of the serious charges of colluding with the then Communications Minister A.Raja in the 1.86 lakh crore scam,was stoutly opposed by the opposition members in the JPC.
This has necesaciated the opposition members to submit their dissent notes and thus seven dissent notes were submitted by BJP,CPI(M),CPI,DMK,AIADMK,BJD and Trinamool Congress.
The credibility of the Joint Parliamentary Committee report is badly affected.
