Industrialist Anil Ambani has turned hostile while recording his evidence in the
2G Spectrum case in the court of special judge ,New Delhi.
He appeared in the court as a prosecution witness but contrary to statement
given earlieer to CBI,he deposed that he had no knowledge of the existence
of Swan Telecom(P) Ltd,one of the recipients of 2G licence.
However Anil Ambani had to agree that the bank account opening form of
Swan Consultants (P) Ltd bore his signature and that of his wife Tina,when
it was shown to him by the prosecution.
