Ethnic riots in Assam cost 58 lives, hundreds injured 5266 houses gutted and 4 lakhs people in 278 relief camps. Both state govt and central govt utterly failed to deal with the situation and accuse each other. Worse, 2 already dead in relief camps for want of basic aminities.
