In addition to Airtel and Vodafone the CBI registered case against former Telecom Secretary,Shyamal Ghosh,former Deputy Director of DOT,J.R.Gupta in case related with the allocation of 2G spectrum during the tenure of former telecommunication Minister Pramod Mahajan.
