The retirees of Telecom Factory and Stores, Kolkata staged a powerful demonstration under the leadership of AIBDPA against inordinate delay in payment of medical bills and lack of empanelled hospitals for indoor treatment before the respective offices of both the CGM on 12-04-2016.
