The SLP filed by BSNL challenging the Ernakulam HC order allowing  Sri MSS Rao to continue as CGM,Kerala is allowed by the Hon Supreme Court on today,30th October,2015.  Since Sri L. Anantharaman was already joined as CGM, Kerala on 23.09.2015, BSNL approached the Hon SC by filing the SLP. BSNL pleaded that Mr Rao is in the Agreed list and he cannot be continued as CGM which is a sensitive post. More than that industrial unrest is going on in the Circle which he could not resolve as CGM.  BSNL informed the Hon SC that Sri M S S Rao who is under compulsory wait will be posted as Principal, RTTC, Trivandrum and will ensure that it is not a lower post. This proposal is accepted by the Hon Supreme Court.
